Introducing the chef

He acquired French and Italian cuisine skills and moved to Hawaii.After working in wedding receptions, he served as the first head chef at Taormina, an Italian restaurant in Waikiki.In 2016, he opened his own restaurant, Restaurant TOWN, in Ichigao.
